The Rippling Waters Campground is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization under the umbrella of the General Assembly of the Church of God - West Virginia Ministries of the Church of God.  

Personal Conduct, Pet Policy & Maintenance:

• Anyone that is causing a disturbance to other guests – such as: excessive noise, loud music, arguing on the grounds and using offensive or foul language – will be given a verbal warning. If the problem persists, we will have them removed from the campground;

• All properties of Rippling Waters Campground are private and should not be encroached upon without authorization;

• Guests are to keep their camping & RV sites, cabins and apartments clean during their stay;

• If there is a maintenance issue please contact our management office to report it;

• Owners are to accompany & supervise their pets at all times while outside the camper. Pets are to be kept on a leash or in an enclosure (i.e. temporary pens, kennels) while outside the camper; 

• pens and kennels are to be kept within the boundaries of their sites only;

• Owners are expected to have their pets’ immunizations up to date; 

• Aggressive pets will not be permitted on the campground; 

• Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.                                          

Wildlife:

We consider ourselves a wildlife sanctuary, and we ask our guests:

• Do Not feed the wildlife or fowls, however a monetary donation for duck food can be made to management;

• Do Not Hunt: hunting is strictly prohibited, at all times, anywhere on the campground. No exceptions.

Cancellations:

• RV and tent campers have two days before their scheduled arrival to cancel their reservation without a penalty; 

• Special event cancellations: guests have 30 days prior to their event to cancel their event and be eligible to be refunded their deposit. However, if the cancellation occurs within those 30 days leading up to their event, they forfeit all monies paid to Rippling Waters. For exceptions in case of death or medical emergencies, contact our management office.
